Q the Realtor
Choosing a realtor to represent one of the largest financial transactions of your life is a big decision. What qualifies me to help you? This is an industry that does not require a degree to obtain a license. I do have a degree in Finance. It lets you know that although I understand this will be your home, it will also play a major role in your total finances. Booked into my monthly schedule are continuing education classes. Not because I need to go to that many but because I enjoy always knowing the current market conditions. I have also taken extra classes to become a senior real estate specialist (SRES). Though I serve all aspects of residential real estate, my elders are who give me my greatest joy. They need me the most to be an advocate for them. Many times, when I am working with my seniors, I also am asked to keep their family members, financial advisors or attorneys in communication of the status. There are times that the family members can not be here at all and I am asked to coordinate all of it remotely for them. It is all very gratifying for me.
Your "Quyentessential " Realtor
I take my role of a realtor very seriously. I am constantly going to classes to keep up with the current market trends, updates and regulations. This industry is fast paced and ever changing. I think that is why I love it so much! I always have to be ready and learning of new ways to better serve my clients. That was how I was given the catchy tagline by a dear friend. She felt I represented the epitome of my profession.

Yes, the hit show House Hunters! My buyers will have the unique opportunity to audition with me for the show! Please see the slideshow below for some fun behind the scenes photos.
